Sarah Abd Elbaki, just 23 years of age is already the Head of Development for Women's Rugby, Assistant Coach to the men's national side, the first Arab Asian women to referee a men's game in Syria and she also plays for the national side herself. A truly inspiring lady who chats to Johnnie and Burf about her journey so far, the barriers she has faced and facing.
