Ep.61 A Masterclass In Defying Stereotypes: How Jordan Brompton Built A Nine-Figure Green Energy Empire

Ep. 61

Jordan Brompton is the Co-Founder of myenergi, one of the world’s fastest-growing renewable energy technology companies. Building a nine figure green energy company with 400 staff, it’s safe to say myenergi is turning heads in the renewable tech space. The company’s huge success started with the invention of the Zappi-charger, the world’s first solar charger for electric vehicles capable of using 100% renewable energy. It began as an idea over a bottle of wine with her business partner, and now drives tens of millions of sales each year.

However, myenergi’s journey hasn’t always been plain sailing. I wanted to sit down with Jordan to get to the bottom of what it’s really like running an energy company as a woman. We discuss how she has scaled the business herself, the obstacles she faces on a daily basis, and why it’s important to learn your weaknesses, as well as your strengths. Now myenergi’s CMO, Jordan gives a realistic view into the whirlwind of being on the front line of a startup in an often tumultuous industry. I am so excited to share this episode with you!

  • 118. Ep. 118 Plan With Me For 2025: A Step-by-Step Framework For Actually Effective Goal Setting (+ Using AI!)

    16:10||Ep. 118
    As we near the end of the year, my planning mode kicks into high gear, red lights start flashing in my head & I get very anxious if I’m more than a metre away for a planner. On a serious note though, facing 365 days all at once can feel overwhelming, but I truly believe that breaking it down makes it manageable—and honestly, pretty exciting. I’m not one for the whole "new year, new me" thing, but I do love the opportunity a new year brings to reset, realign, plan exciting moments and set achievable goals.I did a video last year all about how to plan for 2024, and it was one of our most popular to date. So I thought I’d do an updated one including everything I’ve learnt about planning this year & how I use AI to help me!So, grab your favorite matcha, coffee or tea, and let’s dive into creating our best year yet for 2025 (and beyond)!The first 1000 viewers can use code WORKINGHARD for 50% off The Productivity Method digital planner: https://productivitymethod.com/pages/digital-planner+CHAPTERS0:00 Introduction1:27 The pep talk you need to hear4:17 Step 1: Reflection6:17 Step 2: Knowing here you are going8:32 Step 3: Goal setting10:53 Step 4: Habit tracking13:30 Step 5: Staying consistent+MY LINKS: https://gracebeverley.komi.io/+RETROGRADE, SHREDDY, TALA and THE PRODUCTIVITY METHOD are my own businesses, therefore any mention of them - whilst not being a sponsorship - is monetarily endorsed. • 115. Ep. 114 Stop Trying To Rush Your Life: Why It’s Not Better To Achieve Everything Younger With Saie Founder Laney Crowell

    53:43||Ep. 115
    Laney Crowell is a founder I’ve wanted to speak to for such a long time, so I knew I had to pin her down on my trip to New York. She founded beauty brand Saie in 2019 after a five year stint at Estee Lauder that made her want to disrupt the industry, and to Saie (pardon the pun)  it’s gone from strength to strength is an understatement. Laney’s career though was not an obvious entrepreneurial path - she started out on film sets, entered into the world of new york magazines, and even interviewed to be Anna Wintour’s assistant 7 times before landing what her dream role, leading social & eventually global communications for Estee Lauder. It was a big job, but she wanted even bigger, more disruptive things, which ultimately led her to Saie. +LANEY:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/laney/?hl=enSAIE: https://saiehello.com/ +MY LINKS: https://gracebeverley.komi.io/+RETROGRADE, SHREDDY, TALA and THE PRODUCTIVITY METHOD are my own businesses, therefore any mention of them - whilst not being a sponsorship - is monetarily endorsed.
