Where's the women's Milan-Sanremo?

Hello lovely listeners!

This week we discussed where on earth the promised women's Milan-Sanremo went and if it's even something we want to see. RCS promised it for 2023 but it's looking more like 2024, plenty of riders want it, Annemiek van Vleuten wants it to be 250 km long (ofc), but what does it mean for Trofeo Alfredo Binda. Plus, what makes a monument anyway, and does the women's calendar need its own?
