There was a BIG win for women this week, with the Albanese government announcing a 15% pay rise for early childhood educators. This week, Tarla Lambert sat down with the Prime Minister to learn more about the policy and how it will work. Will it secure him the lasting legacy he hopes for?
Also this week, the NSW government has directed all staff to return to the office and work "principally" from there, ending WFH options made available as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Will it have a negative impact on women's workforce participation?
