In 1984 Shelagh Warwick-Illius, 61, disappeared from a car ferry between ports of Dover in England and Boulogne-Sur-Mer in France. A year later, she was officially declared dead.

But Shelagh - who also went by the nickname Shone - was still very much alive.

Forty years later, her lifelong friend Pat Mackenzie tells how and why she kept her friend's secret.
