In February, we re-launched #ChudesBookClub with Jay Shetty’s incredible book ‘The 8 rules of love’ which, literally, changed my life.

It upended everything I thought I knew about the practical matters of intimacy and relationships - and helped me rebuild the foundations of how I approach love, attraction and relationships.
