    31:58||Season 1, Ep. 38
    This month has been very focused on me bringing the new version of me into my current reality.. or rather stepping into aspects of the new version of me. I have been confronted with knowing what I need to do and actions I need to take to honour me and the new version, but the challenge has been following through on those actions and inner knowings. It's not easy because taking those steps means confronting and rewriting the stories and identity that I have curated about myself. In this episode I explore how I have been working on taking little steps, gaining clarity and using anchoring reference points to move into this new version of me.

In actual fact its down right uncomfortable, and I don't like doing it al att. BUT I committed to myself to sharing my needs with my partner and the people around me so I'm fighting my way through it and not always gracefully.
