Pleasing Sacrifices

Season 1, Ep. 30
•

Christ sacrificed himself on the cross for our good. He found joy in the greater purpose and willingly gave up his life. Apart from a transformed heart, we won't follow that example. But if we have been saved and given a new heart, we can find joy in sacrificing for the good of others.

Episode text: Heb. 13:16 (NIRV); 1 John 4:10 (CSB)

Closing Question: Is it hard for you to sacrifice for someone else? Why or why not? What is one sacrifice you can make this week for the good of another?
