Located on the New South Wales/Victorian border, Corowa Distilling Co have had a more tumultuous year than many. Distilling whisky when they can, they've dealt with various state lockdowns, cancelled countless bookings and managed to laugh through it all.

This week we catch up with Julie Hamilton, Brand Ambassador of Elixir Distillers, live from her house in Glasgow, where she's in lockdown for both pandemic and snow. Talking about life as a BA in times of lockdown, we also try to name the just-approved 11th Islay distillery that Elixir will build.
