Whisky & Words

This is a very special episode of Whisky & Words. David's guest is none other than his father, Timothy D Olsen. Together, father and son discuss writing process, motivations and the gift that writers have to affect others. Throughout their discussion, they sample a glass of Talisker 10 year old single malt (the whisky introduced to them both by David's grandfather).

David's guest in Episode 9 is Canadian short story author, Kit Jenkin. Kit shares his incredible short story 'Regeneration' and together they sample a measure of Jameson Black Barrel, a wonderfully sweet Irish whiskey.

Episode 8 sees David welcoming poet Gemma Reed onto the show. Gemma shares a selection of her poetry, they discuss the storytelling power of poetry in general and together they sample a measure of Jura Origin.
