What's The Friend-1-1?

In this very first episode I'm joined by a friend I have known for over 25 years. We talk about the attributes of a secure friendship, when friendships evolve to family member status and explore the subject of active and resting friendships.

This episode is in dedication to the first person in my life to have taught me the art of being a true and loyal friend. Some of his longest standing friendships span over 60 years and are still going strong today. Hear him share a few short words on friendship in this bonus episode.

I am joined in this episode by a friend who happens to be one of the coolest mums that I know. She shares from friendship experiences growing up in her home country of Turkey, we talk about he benefits of having introvert and extrovert friends and discuss friendship in the work place.

In this last episode of the 1st season of What's The Friend-1-1? I am joined by a friend based almost 3,000 miles away. Despite the geograpical distance we talk about childhood and adulthood friendships, sustaining long-distance friendships and discuss the importance of having friends from different cultures.
