    Episode 6: Food to bring people together with Bryan Fyock. While not a classically trained chef, Bryan is a lifelong cook. His flare for cooking started at a young age. It developed over the course of his life, including when he lived in Italy, Brazil, and Canada, as well as through traveling extensively in Europe, Asia, and South America. Bryan currently owns the Ball Joint restaurant in downtown Loveland, CO. The idea was born in the mind of Bryan Fyock after a New Year's Eve party in 2009, where Bryan mimicked his great-grandmother's recipe for scratch-made, Italian-style meatballs. For the next few years, Bryan developed the idea, and tested it through pop-up events, ultimately finding that the concept was truly exciting and viable. In our conversation, Bryan is open and honest about the trials and tribulations of being a business owner and finding a balance between business and the love of cooking.
