After yesterday's second failed attempt to talk to a Quebec with a successful referendum to secede from Canada in 1995, we once again find ourselves talking to a last minute replacement guest. Today, staying on the theme of secession, we get a chance to talk to a timeline where the US states of Oregon & Washington seceded from the United States, & became the sovereign nation of South Cascadia.How did they leave?
