We wear a ton of hats - employee, manager, wife, mom, friend, you name it. And with all those roles comes a massive amount of stress and pressure.


I'll be the first to admit that I've struggled to find that elusive work-life balance at times. Whether it's dealing with a difficult coworker, pulling an all-nighter to hit a deadline, or just trying to be Supermom, it can take a serious toll mentally and emotionally. I've had my share of burnout, anxiety, and occasional blues.


But I've learned some great tips along the way for safeguarding my mental wellness, and I want to share them with you.
