This week Mill's on vacay an the gorgeous Elly joins the jokers and put her arm on the line to road test IV Therapy.Jords slows down, has a gorgeous date with H, bday celebrations for friends and cheers on the big fella to win a 5km!Elly has a very active weekend and smashes her half marathon!!Let's get back into it jokers!!

This week we head off to moon and explore the weird and kinda pointless world of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy.Mill smashes her longest run since 2016 quite literally and Jords picks up a subtle-as-ever gift from aqua jules and is conflicted about who to support in the football (GO TILLIES!!)Alright jokers, let’s do this!

This week Jords takes one for the team and gets drained in a very less intense way that Mill did previous and we explore the world we explore the history and benefits of lymphatic drainage.
