Each episode, veteran music journalist and former Q Editor Paul Rees asks a well-known guest to nominate and expand upon the ten songs that have shaped their life. Their selections are presented in the form of a classic, old-school vinyl album - Side One, Side Two, an opening track, a closing song, and with all the good stuff in between.
