Another busy week saw The Mariners remain in the play-off hunt with a defeat at fellow promotion contenders Crewe followed up by a victory over struggling Morecambe at BP. Chris, Helen and Liam begin by discussing the absence of talisman Danny Rose on Tuesday night and how his return on Saturday underlined his importance to the team. They then dissect the win over the Shrimps, the comfortable nature of the result (in the end!) and the impact of a rejuvenated Kieran Green. The other big news story coming out of the club this week was the announcement of the 25/26 season tickets and the price increase that has split opinion within the fanbase. Grimsby stole the headlines again this week with another statement win on the road, this time at fellow play-off rivals Colchester.
