In this episode, I'm talking about accepting, embracing, and thriving in growth's non-linear nature. Accepting growth is not linear is hard, regardless of our experience as entrepreneurs. It is just hard to deal with, we feel lost and frustrated, and certainly, the loneliness that stems from entrepreneurship doesn't help. Still, there are ways to deal with it, such as developing less reactive and more intentional responses to it, our ability to adapt, and using one of our most powerful tools, which I reveal in today's episode.
