    In this episode, we look at how OCD can lead to feelings of inflated responsibility, and how this have an impact on your day-to-day routines. After that, I talk about a technique I have used with some success for managing my OCD. This technique is call "Imaginal Exposure" and it's a great way to still get your exposure therapy during a lockdown from the comfort of your own home and without putting yourself at risk.
