Richard Gadd, the creator and star of Baby Reindeer, is officially backing Netflix in its mammoth legal battle with the “real-life Martha.”Fiona Harvey is suing the streaming giant for 170 million dollars for defamation, gross negligence and violating her right to privacy.Netflix portrayed Martha as a twice-convicted stalker who spends a total of five years in jail for her crimes. Infamously, it was billed emphatically as a “true story.”Gadd has filed 21 pages of testimony with the court in California. In it, he says "I was surprised that Harvey appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
