Ursula Barr is a Category Manager for Quality Power and Protection Products at Schneider Electric. John Manville is a former Senior Vice President of Cisco IT Global Infrastructure Service and UCL alumni. Clive Santamaria is a Chief Architect at ITV and a UCL alumni. He joins Future Talk to discuss about why he pioneered an internship programme to support future engineers, the benefits of working for an established employer for a long period of time, how graduates can overcome current challenges to the recruitment process as impacted by Covid-19, and details why he has been impressed by the quality of work from UCL STEM interns.  

Edosa Odaro was most recently was Head of Data at AXA. He joins Future Talk to discuss about his experience working for over 20 international organisations, how the landscape of diversity has changed within companies in recent years, and why he deems it to be of importance to offer mentoring to students who are about to begin their professional journey. 

Rodrigo Suarez Barrera is a Hydropower Engineer at Multiconsult Group, a leading firm of consulting engineers with a head office in Norway. He’s been with the company since 2018 and has collaborated in more than 29 hydropower projects and proposals with responsibilities ranging from project management to due diligence and design of hydropower projects in various stages of engineering. His work has allowed him to manage a multidisciplinary team in the UK, Norway, Pakistan, and Malawi. He has a BEng in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Hydropower Development and Hydropower Engineering.
