You might think these worlds couldn't be more different, but when it comes to leading people, building trust, delegating, making decisions under pressure, being agile, influencing, gaining commitment and creating teams with resilience that perform at their best, they have more in common than you might expect.

Together, we'll explore what leadership really looks like in practice. we'll be sharing real stories, We'll compare experiences, challenge assumptions, and share practical lessons from careers spent leading people in complex environments and discover where the different worlds of leadership overlap—and of course where they differ. 

Across this first season, we'll tackle eight key leadership topics, with each episode offering an open conversation. Our aim is simple: to share ideas, experiences, and insights from our guests.
