Christmas happened, as it tends to do, and the bois existed during that time, so they have some stuff to talk about. The president extended his warmest possible wishes for the country and Derek's been playing that Harry Potter game, which he seems to enjoy.

Warner Brothers is getting sold to somebody, one way or another we're getting closer to an entertainment monopoly. The US Government flew fighter jets near(but apparently not technically in) Venezuelan airspace. Also, they don't talk about it in the episode, but the US also stole a very large oil tanker, so that's probably good.

Oooh, boy, Hegseth's a dick, the military's a dick, ChatGPT is a dick, I'm getting real tired. Keenan and Derek sum up some of these dicks, and also that dick that got left by his band at a gas station. Which is so funny.

We're probably doing a South American war, so that's bad. Derek played a game, though, and he likes that.

DOGE is done, and didn't do much of anything. Trump met with Zohran Mamdani, that was fun. The Webb telescope helped some scientists see some kool stuff in space, Derek and Keenan talk about all that.

Not a whole lot of personal news this week, Derek and Keenan didn't do much, but the news did a few things. They talk about that.

The president has actively tried to stop contingency funds for SNAP and has said that federal funds will not be used to reimburse what states have paid out so far. That man hates poor people, or at least his actions do. And Derek got to play a game he's excited about, Keenan's still playing Pokemon.
