On the 19th of February, 1911, in the Valorian Socialist Republic, an assistant tailor named Colette Geise experienced a migraine that ruined her life. Having become the unwitting host for a deadly alien power source - the Kingmaker Diamond - Collette's only hope is to join up with a pair of career criminals as she's hunted across Belle Epoque Europe by a host of enemies who wish to use her powers for their own gain.
