But now he is starting his own project, down in Cornwall with sustainability at the heart of it.

This meant a revised thinking of her career path, but after meeting Charles, owner & founder of Burnt Mill, she decided to carry on brewing, even if she couldn't enjoy the fruits of her labour. She is also the founder of the International Women's Open Brew Days, a project that is now global. An incredible achievement and one that we should all be thanking Sophie for. Enjoy!
