To Love All Of Me

  • 37. What If Pleasure Was the Point?

    20:18||Season 1, Ep. 37
    This week, a bad cold unexpectedly taught me something beautiful: how to slow down, be present and actually let myself experience the little pleasures of life. 🌿✨We often underestimate how much these tiny moments of joy can give us — and especially as women, we can be so used to prioritizing everything and everyone else that we rarely do something simply because it feels good.In this episode, I’m sharing what pleasure looks like in my everyday life, the small things I do just because they bring me joy, and what happens when we stop needing pleasure to have a purpose.Because maybe pleasure doesn’t need to lead anywhere.Maybe sometimes, pleasure can simply be the point.
  • 36. What Applesauce Taught Me About Creativity

    21:55||Season 1, Ep. 36
    Autumn is officially here 🍂🌿 and in today’s episode, I’m sharing some of the little things I’ve been enjoying lately - from walking barefoot through the forest, feeling the moss beneath my feet and smelling the rain, to making applesauce from all the apples we have at home. 🍎While making the applesauce, I accidentally added an ingredient that wasn’t supposed to be there - and instead of seeing it as a mistake, it made me reflect on how freely and carelessly I allow myself to create in the kitchen. I don’t need everything to be perfect. I can make a mess, change things along the way, make mistakes and simply go with the flow. It made me wonder what could happen if I brought more of that same energy into my other creative projects - allowing myself to play, experiment and create without needing to get it right.I also share something more personal - how a feeling of sadness I’ve carried for a long time has suddenly lifted, and what I believe may have helped it move through me. There’s something my womb has been asking for, and lately, I’ve been listening.And now I’m beginning to notice little signs of something new growing in my life. 🌱✨
  • 35. The Nest I Never Knew I Needed

    30:41||Season 1, Ep. 35
    In today’s episode, I’m sharing a little update on my new home office/therapy room in my parents’ basement — a space I’m slowly creating with light colours, spring energy and lots of love. 🌸 It feels so joyful to have a place to create again.From there, I dive into a deeper reflection that came up during a walk with a friend: the importance of having a safe home base to return to.I’ve often felt like a bird who grew up in a nest, but never quite felt that it was truly home. So I flew away too early and kept building my own little nests from twigs and leaves — only to have the wind come and blow them apart, leaving me to rebuild again and again.But something has shifted for me now. For the first time, I feel like I have a true home base. A place I can always return to if life gets messy or things don’t go as planned.And from that place, it suddenly feels so much easier to spread my wings, explore, create and fly. 🕊️🤍
  • 34. Safety, Belonging & Following My Heart

    25:11||Season 1, Ep. 34
    In today’s episode, I’m sharing something that feels completely new for me - a deep sense of belonging.I’ve spent so much of my life searching for connection through spirituality, feeling connected to the Universe and supported by my angels. In many ways, that became a source of safety and belonging for me.But now that I’m back in Skara, my hometown, I’m experiencing a completely different kind of belonging. I feel deeply connected to my family. They feel like my tribe. And for the first time, I feel truly held, supported, protected and safe within my own family. And something beautiful is happening because of that. My nervous system finally feels like it has somewhere to rest. And from that place of safety, I’m noticing so much more creative energy, joy, lust and aliveness coming through me. One of the ways this has manifested is through creating my own little home office in my parents’ basement — something that makes my soul smile every time I walk into it. 🥹Following your heart doesn’t always mean expansion, adventure or stepping into the unknown. Sometimes your heart wants safety. It wants to feel held, protected and supported. And at the same time, it wants joy, pleasure, creativity and expansion. Maybe following your heart is about allowing yourself to have all of it. ❤️

    In today’s episode, I share a very unexpected experience I had at a new gym — one that left me feeling exposed, unsafe and surprisingly anxious afterwards.Instead of pushing the feeling away, I decided to slow down and check in with my inner child. What came up surprised me, and made me realize that perhaps this feeling was connected to something much deeper than the gym itself.I share what my inner child was trying to tell me, what she really feels and need, and why I believe learning to listen to these younger parts of ourselves can be such a beautiful act of self-love. ❤️✨

  • 30. The Peace That Comes From Honoring Yourself

    29:13||Season 1, Ep. 30
    Two days into my holiday, I realized my heart was longing for home. Before I knew it, I was on a plane back to Sweden. Beautiful summer evenings, crisp mornings picking berries, cuddles with two adorable kittens, and family dinners—it was everything my heart had been longing for.But what made this trip feel so peaceful wasn't where I was. It was how I showed up for myself. This time, I listened to my body, honored my needs, and set loving boundaries so I could fully enjoy every moment of being home.I hope this episode becomes a little reminder of that: The more you honor your needs, the more beautiful life becomes. ❤️✨
