On the final (for now) episode of "This Ain't Texas" we look back at the 2025 Grammys and break down just how things fell the right way for "Cowboy Carter" and how so many critics could have been so wrong about this album. Plus Beyonce revealed the Cowboy Carter Tour is hitting the road shortly!

Well a lot has happened in the last few weeks including a great "Cowboy Carter" listening session in the hospital as our daughter was born. Apologies for the delay but this episode is awesome and features one of the awesome women from "Blackbiird". She takes us on her journey from Alabama to Nashville and all the way to the Beyonce Bowl plus we preview Grammy night which is Sunday and discuss the likelihood of Miss B taking home album of the year! What an absolute gem of a man Bun B is and the Texas legend not only has amazing experiences with Beyonce herself but also so much wisdom and knowledge about Texas and specifically Houston culture. How much do you know about the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo? Well I did not know very much and certainly did not have any idea about how much it informs Houston culture and people from H-town. This episode may be my favorite so far just because of how much I actually learned about what it is to be OF Houston! We also preview Beyonce's huge performance at the Texans game on Christmas Day!
