Decrease Overwhelm In The Home

Season 2, Ep. 25

Welcome Back To The Tired Mummy Podcast!

This weeks episode is all about decreasing the overwhelm in the home.

If you feel like your list is always too long, you never get anything finished, your house is always a mess and meal times and bedtime are a rush,

Then this episode is for you! I talk to Caity this week from the Home Detox Project. Caity is saving families time and money with her Home transformational systems.

I like to call her the mum hack queen, but for Caity it goes so much deeper than mum hacks. For her it's all about bringing joy into the home by reducing the stress and overwhelm that families are going through. Its all about connection and family. I'm so excited to get this episode out there because I know it's going to help so many of you!

Big Love and Compassion Always,

The Tired Mummy

Our young need evidence based programs that help equip them with the confidence and tools to tackle the adventure and challenges that lie ahead. I myself wish I had access or awareness of rites of passage growing up, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing this information with other parents, if you're a cycle breaker your going to love this conversion!I hope you enjoy the show,Big Love and Compassion Always,The Tired Mummy xxxYou Can Find The ROP & DR Arne Rubinstein Here@ropinstitute @ritesofpassageinstitutehttps://ritesofpassageinstitute.orgDR Arne Rubinstein Book, The Making of Menhttps://ritesofpassageinstitute.org/product/the-making-of-men-paperback/This Episode Was Brought To You By MitoLifeUse Code TIREDMUM15 for 15%offhttps://lddy.no/1c300******I’m and not a medical professional.
