One of the top regrets people have by the end of their lives is that they wished they would have lived a life true to themselves. When reflecting back on this one in four hundred trillion chance they got they regret not making the most of it, not making it their own.As this is one of the scariest things I know, I went a little all over the place in this episode, trying to make some kind of sense. What happened when I was (wrongfully) diagnosed as bipolar? Is life a one-size-fits-all situation? Are you going to settle or change? Do you want to see the view from the Empire State Building? While we out here living in 2022, our brain has a lot of catching up to do. It still thinks it needs to protect us from whatever threatened us 200 000 years ago and it's not really doing us any favours. Our brain, with all its good intentions, is most likely the only thing holding us back from us growing into a better version of ourselves.Last time we got into our teenage brain, so it only makes sense to follow it up by diving into the adult version of this fascinating instrument. Is success even possible, how did Kobe Bryant do it and should you even listen to me?

Teenagers now are equally as annoying as our own teenage years were confusing. Most of us were gaslighted, unknowingly scarred for life, and we have never looked back. Instead we become adults that react like teenagers to triggers we don't even know we have, and still don't want to recognise.It's time for me to throw around words like prefrontal cortex, amygdala and executive function. It's time to get confused while making our brain understand our brain. It's time to heal our inner teenagers.
