For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks' - Luke 4:45 Affirmations have been around for thousands of years - but what is the foundation of the affirmations you recite to yourself?

It's that time of the year, where we're all doing a bit of reflection and planning for the year ahead. However, we've lived enough life to know that the unexpected, (usually unpleasant) happens. Instead of fearing it, or trying to plan around, let's remind ourselves first of who God is, understand our frailty, boast in our weakness, and allow the wisdom of God to guide us through.

I've been gone for nearly a year, and let's just say... life was tough man! The last episode I released titled 'Suffering', was probably more for me than ya'll, but I pray it blessed you. Safe to say, God wanted me to learn how to suffer well in 2025. But, to suffer, is to participate in Sonship with Christ.

Hope keeps us alive - gives us something to look forward to. But in a bid to be realistic, to not live with our heads in the cloud, we forfeit hope, and therefore joy. Recommended Reading:Psalm 42 Ecclesiastes 1-12 Hebrews 10-11

Underdogs can be found in unlikely places, we may see them in our friends, our parents, or represented in our favourite films like Rocky or the Pursuit of Happiness.
