The Begining

This podcast is to discuss life with depression, anxiety and more. I started this podcast to reach out to anyone who is going through hard times in their life. I hope to one day just be able to be that light at the end of the tunnel for people who are going through the same things I am. Please feel free to email me any comments or to tell me your story.
