This episode Kida and Reg were able to interview Ky Howard who was a 1,000 point scorer at NJIT. Howard also is the only player in NJIT history to have 1,000 points, 500 rebounds and 400 assists. We were able to talk about Ky's upbringing and how he was introduced to the game of basketball, his father being in the backcourt with Pistol Pete Maravich, and how NJIT offered him a scholarship. We also touched on how his senior year in high school he was destroying the competition and in return getting offered and looks from high major D1 programs. Howard discussed a life changing event that happened at a team camp that in result schools backed off and took their scholarships away. We also discussed Howard's decision to go prep at St. Thomas More to team up with Andre Drummond but that also didn't go as planned and much more!
