Prior to his appointment as CEO of Aggreko plc in January 2015, Chris was Managing Director at Centrica plc, where he was the Executive Director responsible for the Group’s largest division, for both British Gas in the UK and Direct Energy in the USA. Chris has been a client of mine for over 20 years and here he shares some of his most inspirational leadership insights.

He has worked for British Airways, MyTravel, Greenalls and, immediately prior to Bupa, he was the Finance Director of a private equity backed telecoms business.
