The LIL Show - London Improv Live

Ep85: Falafel Rain feat. Whose Oil is it Anyway?

A Syrian, a Moroccan, a Tunisian and a Turk walk into a radio station... ...and they discuss Arab greetings, ISIS, Israel, ignorance, Donald Trump, racism, stereotypes, inter-faith harmony, Astrology, Jedi, Vampirism and Disney. Improv scenes are scattered throughout and they also have a gloriously painful rap battle (skip to 25min30 to save yourself the stress, but I'm NOT CUTTING IT OUT!). The music of GoRemy is enjoyed and we finally get to the bottom of how many burkas it takes for a 1-foot-tall dwarf to pass as regular sized. Please enjoy this hilariously insightful episode of London Improv Live. In no way is it offensive. If you find yourself offended by this episode, you're wrong. Please locate your nearest tissue and wipe away those tears. Because you're wrong. Whose Oil is it Anyway? are Fatiha El-Ghorri, Marouen Mraihi, Utku Guder and Talal Karkouti. The next Arabs Are Not Funny will be taking place on 28th January in Rich Mix, London. Google it, douche bags. Thanks to Mustapha Karkouti for allowing us to interview him for "Daddy Issues". • 120. Ep120: Bob v France feat. FBI - French British Improvisation

    53:59||Ep. 120
    This week's very special episode is a journey through France like you've never seen her before...Armed with his new passport, his dad's old Rover and his French phrasebook, Bob goes on a road trip through France to make sure that he made the right choice in voting leave - while he still has the chance. Trusty British engineering means his car breaks down in the most unfortunate of places. What follows is beyond what he, or any of us could have expected. It is improvised after all!Think "Deliverance" meets "The Wicker Man" meets "Amelie"...Starring Talal Karkouti as Bob and Amandine and Marie as a plethora of French locals.Amandine and Marie are members of the superb, tres-cool FBI - French British Improvisation. They gig a lot around London and beyond in both French and English, proving once and for all that assimilation goes both ways... or something like that...Find them on Facebook and Twitter and give them some amore.Enjoy x
