Spending The Day With Vegan Fighter, Tim Barnett
After noticing BAMMA fighter Tim Barnett shared a couple of my interests- a love for martial arts and also vegan food- I knew I had to go hang out with him for the day.
I visited Liverpool, trained with Tim at The MMA Academy, spoke at length about life, fighting, eating, his philosophies and more! We also got together with Tim's nutritionist and holistic health coach, Reiss Davies and he watched us dive into some post-training munchies whilst he fasted.
Tim is a fascinating guy with some really interesting views on the world. If only there were more people like Tim, the world would be a happier and more loving place!
