It's a new week and we start with Monday musings. It is also my birthday, so thanks for sharing a few minutes with me!


The feedback and interactions I had last week very much influenced today's daily dose. I wanted to share some thoughts about self compassion and vulnerability. As humans we tend to be pretty cruel to ourselves so I examine this a little and suggest some new practices to help.
