In the second episode of our 'Diversity Unlocks Discovery' mini-series in partnership with Meta, host Sophia Haynes speaks to Fik Woldegiorgis, Meta's Country Marketing Director for EMEA. Through the lens of Black History Month, Sophia and Fik talk about how Black representation in advertising can be improved, explore the wide range of resources already available through BRiM to help companies, and discuss whether spotlighting cultural moments, such as Black History Month, is indeed the best way to forge change.
