The Drive Home

A rather hot day. Tonight I talk about the heat, getting diverted, fudge and sweets, Thorpe Arch retail park childhood memories, a cold coffee and a dry cookie.

Start of the new heatwave. A hot and sticky day - and evening too. Tonight have to follow a diversion through York due to roadworks, I talk about a visit from Jim, science documentaries, Cinnabons, making a crown for the high priestess and trips to London & Birmingham.

A mildly warm day, but not too sunny. Tonight I talk about locking up the new shop, Wakefield city centre, a mini Jim update and going home the back way.

Another mild day, but still fairly cloudy. Tonight I talk about an air fryer disaster, a busy day at work, cloudy apple juice, ducks beaks, old sci-fi films, Excel, Blackpool and Oodles.

A warm but cloudy day. Today I talk about the first day in the new store and find a pair of mystery pants outside the shop.

A mild, but windy day. Tonight I talk about my Tuesday and Wednesday off, a nice evening at work, grape Fanta, chunky drinks, Whitby, the sky ladder and bleach.

A very warm and sunny day. Today I talk about a very hot Friday at work, the ASDA self serve nightmare, wearing a triadoor to the theatre, Lord Reith and childhood holidays.

Another hot and sunny day. Possibly a degree or two cooler than yesterday though... Tonight I talk about an air fryer lunch, a fairly busy evening at work, locking myself out, Tadcaster and the Moon looking at a chimney.
