    In mid-January, the Michigan Rollverines – the organization’s youth wheelchair basketball program – traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana for its first competitive tournament since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament was a success – as has been the entire program, which is run by the U-M Adaptive and Inclusive Sports Experience, or UMAISE. Now, the Rollverines are looking to expand and give even more kids the opportunity to experience competitive sports.
