The Way

Ninth, that we do not lie or deceive, but speak the truth in love. Then that we are content, not envying anyone or resenting what God has given them or us.

Sixth, we do not hurt or hate our neighbor. Seventh, that we live purely and faithfully. Eight that we do not take without permission that which belongs to someone else. 

On the sabbath day, we spend time in worship of God, and we love and honor our father and mother.

The first three commandments call us to worship the Lord alone, reject all false gods, and honor His name with reverence and faithfulness.

The Ten Commandments summarize God’s moral will by calling His people to love Him supremely and to love others rightly through wholehearted obedience.

Personal, perfect, and perpetual obedience.

We glorify God by enjoying him, loving him, trusting him, and obeying his will, commands, and law.

God created all things and calls his creation very good.
