UPFRONT Moment with Lauren Currie
Moment 51: Being confidently insecure
Hi friend, welcome to your UPFRONT Moment!
For our first episode of Season 3, I’m joined by the brilliant Viv Groskop, an award winning writer, comedian, broadcaster and performance coach.
She’s the host of the chart topping and award nominated podcast “How to Own the Room”, which is the biggest public speaking podcast in the world with over a million downloads and interviews with people like Hillary Clinton, Margaret Atwood, Professor Mary Beard, and Julie Andrews plus dozens more brilliant people talking about public speaking, confidence, and managing high pressure situations.
Bonders will be very familiar with Viv as we love to champion and cheerlead the brilliant work that she puts into the world!
I loved having this time to talk to her one to one about all things confidence, courage, and in this conversation, comedy.
In this episode we talked about:
- Micro moments of confidence and how you can weave them into your day to day
- The beautiful idea of being confidently insecure
- And, the damage that our relationship with the International Court of Confidence can cause us.
Enjoy!
