Sleep and Dreams in Self-Care
Sleep and dreams can tell us a lot about ourselves, and what we are either facing, or what we have in our subconscious mind. Dream experts have said for years that a lot of the kinds of dreams we have are indicative and reflective of challenges and problems we are facing in our own lives in disguise.

We often see ‘messages’ in our thoughts and in our dreams that can help us solve problems and come up with answers to challenges we have in our lives. One area of self care that can be a game changer for us is having a ‘bedtime’ routine, much like a morning routine.
