Paul Jordan: One to Watch (Part One)

Season 3, Ep. 19

This week’s guest on the TT Podcast has continued his reputation as an upcoming leader following a first podium finish at this year’s TT and multiple successes at the North West 200. Paul Jordan joins hosts Chris Pritchard and Steve Plater to talk all about his exciting career so far.

Paul discusses his racing history and how he’s gone from having a bit of fun on a bike to speeding around the Mountain Course. He also gets into the decision he made to not compete in the event after the first offer he received and what he’s still working on to go faster than ever.

The Prez racing rider talks about digesting advice before taking on the course and why he thinks cycling the course is the best way to get a feel of it. Chris and Steve also turn the conversation to Paul’s first time at the event, which lead to a trip in the air ambulance, his friendship with fellow rider Lee Johnston, and racing for his current team.
