At times, racing at the TT may look like an individual pursuit but behind each rider is a support network. Some are bigger than others, but no rider can face the physical and mental challenge of the Isle of Man TT Races alone. One of the biggest networks supporting riders is Honda Racing UK, the team of both John McGuinness and Glenn Irwin for 2022.

From balancing the attention required by riders from the established TT elite, and those new to the mountain, to communicating with teams in China, the part Havier will play at TT 2022 cannot be underestimated.

Havier tells the guys about his journey, his motivation and his goals going forwards. He also shares how global events including war in Ukraine are impacting motorsport.
