Stephanie is a speech-language pathologist with the Cleveland Clinics Martin Health, has been teaching group fitness for over 15 years, is the proud momma of 2 very energetic boys, and is now the founder of The Fitness Mission!
We all know that part of living a toxin-free lifestyle is movement. It is so important not only for our physical self to get some sort of movement in every day, but Stephanie shared how there were over 150 studies that ALL concluded the benefits of increased energy, better sleep AND reduction in anxiety!!
