Kennedy Digie has achieved a lot since joining Tamworth in the summer of 2024. The defender was part of the Lambs squad which in 2024/25 set a new club record league finish and also reached the FA Cup third round.The 29-year-old also scored in the 2025 Birmingham Senior Cup final when Tamworth beat Burton Albion 4-1 to win the trophy.We spoke to Kennedy during the week before Christmas to discuss his early football career, what it is like to be part of Tamworth's squad and how the 2025/26 season is going so far.Enjoying the podcast? Despite still being just 24 years old, Tamworth's Alfie Bates already has an impressive football CV.
