Sam is the nutty Sugarcraft Junkie, who until recently owned a sugarcraft shop.

Erica Fernando

Erica is the creative sugarcraft junkie. She started Little Whisk in 2016 and began by selling wedding and celebration cakes.She is now an Accredited Demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild and teaches at branches around the South East. She came to cake through a love of craft, having spent ALL her childhood pocket money on glitter pens, sequins, fabric, stationery and Fimo. She currently dabbles in stained glass, papercraft, sewing, cross stitch, dance and aerial when not cake-ing and is trying to learn to draw and paint.
