For many of us, the Covid pandemic forced us to pause and reset. In some cases, people left their long established careers for something new. Well before the Great Resignation, Rose Mina Munjee, transitioned out of her successful career in the corporate world to the public sector, and immersed deeper into her psychotherapy and mindfulness practice. Rose is a scholar, teacher, thinker and researcher in the ever-expanding field of mindfulness, and on this episode we explore this topic further as we chat about social change and more.
