Welcome, In this episode, I tell of a serendipitous introduction to the transformative power of mindfulness! What is mindfulness? , basically, it's the essence of being present and  cultivating awareness of ourselves and the world around us

 After experiencing a stroke, the journey to recovery extends far beyond medical treatment. This episode delves briefly into the crucial role of interpersonal interactions in the aftermath of a stroke. We hint at the significance of emotional support, communication, and understanding between the affected individual and their loved ones, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Navigating life after a stroke involves a complex web of emotions, adjustments, and challenges. It showcases the importance of empathy and patience in communication, as the survivors might face difficulties in expressing themselves or comprehending information!  

The episode dives into the disorienting aftermath of my stroke-induced coma, capturing the poignant moments of realization as I grapple with the stark contrast between the dreamt episodes and reality. The dreams were so vivid, so convincingly real, that the line between imagination and actual experiences blurs upon waking up. I never set up Radio Dubai I just envisioned it in Coma!

It's a reminder to slow down, introspect, and prepare our hearts for the coming season. Beyond the commercial aspects, it's about nurturing a sense of spiritual readiness and renewal.

On the 31st of May, 2016, the sun rose like any other day, Little did I know that within the ordinary beats of that morning, an unexpected and life-altering event would transpire, forever changing the trajectory of my existence.
