Democrats are having their tea party moment, it’s a tea party coming from their Democratic Socialist wing. What will this lead to? Who knows? But I come from the tea party, and the tea party morphed into MAGA, and the GOP is now full on MAGA. So who knows?

Former U.S. Navy Pilot and author Ken Harbaugh has an amazing piece out right now in The Atlantic called “The Witches Of Ukraine’s Resistance” detailing the incredibly courageous work of everyday Ukrainians in Russian-occupied territories. Ken & I sat down to chat.

He fucked it up. The reflecting pool that is. It’s gone bad. Algae everywhere, peeling paint, etc, etc. And, once again, after one of his fuck ups, he lies about what happened. Will a pool, will the Lincoln Memorial’s reflecting pool finally compel Americans to do a bit of reflecting on their own?

Barack Obama opened his presidential library yesterday. Donald Trump humiliated America in front of the entire world yesterday. Once again. How did we get from Obama to Trump? What led to Trump? The answer is much more comprehensive than you think.

Traveling the country this summer, speaking to regular Americans across the political spectrum has convinced me that the divide in this country is much more serious than the experts and the talking heads think. It’s not just social media. It’s more profound.

No matter where you are on Trump’s stupid, illegal war, there’s no doubt that Trump and America lost. And Iran won. We come out of it much weaker. This is what happens when you have an idiotic sociopath in the White House.

A video from yesterday showing ICE thugs ramming a vehicle in front of a school with children in it. And then throwing the parents to the ground and handcuffing them in front of their children. This kind of cruel shit goes on every day, everywhere in this country. We must not forget.

I ignored Trump all weekend. Woke up this morning to headlines about a “deal” with Iran, a UFC bash at the White House, and Trump deciding to turn July 4th into a big Trump rally. He launched an illegal war, he fucked up our economy, and he’s trying to distract you with breads & circuses, all while purposely dividing this country.
